What you do:

Works with internal clients to analyze business needs and translate them visually through the Web design of the Enterprise's Internet, Intranet, and Extranet. Responsible for translating traditional print marketing efforts to the company's digital arena; and is responsible for Email marketing design and development, as lead by more senior members of the team.


  • Knowledge of best practices in email, website and landing page creation (UI/UX)
  • Overall design of web pages, incorporating images/graphic, using tools to create GUI's and interfaces
  • Incorporate design direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Actively participate in brainstorming to create the best digital presence in the market
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
  • Ability to tackle multiple projects, while staying organized and keeping a positive upbeat personality
  • Proficient in design and prototyping software such as Photoshop, Sketch or Axure
  • Understanding of and experience with interactive design, including knowledge of how web, email and digital ads are built
  • Create, edit or modify graphic design elements for Allianz websites
  • Design and implement multimedia elements


What you bring:

  • 2-3 years experience required: Creative agency or client experience in web design & development; with portfolio of work samples.
  • 4-5 years experience preferred: Proven business function knowledge and business requirements analysis; With technical competencies in database administration, Foundation Architecture knowledge, IT Development, Programming Languages, Quality Principles.
  • Four-year degree in graphic design, related field or equivalent experience
