What you do:

Responsible for all aspects of the asset management and configuration management functions. Lead and manage a team of experts to define, maintain and govern processes, data and tools necessary to properly manage and sustain IT operations. Responsible for fostering relationships with peers in our partner OEs and the holding company to ensure regional branch alignment with global policies and best practices. 

 

  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
  • Manage IT asset risk management and compliance activities for IT hardware and software assets
  • Oversee IT asset management functions in all locations for all customers
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the IT asset portfolio, and update internal controls to maintain accurracy and effciency
  • Maintain and implement IT asset mangement and configuration management training to stakeholder teams
  • Create and manage organization-wide asset and configuration management systems and serve as liason to  Finance and other departments as related to the asset management function
  • Development and enhancement of the configuration management core capabilities and associated integrations for discovery
  • Enable and ensure effective configuration maangement process activities are followed enabling effective IT Operations
  • Leads and delivers key project-based initiatives as well as maintaining ongoing operations
  • Collaborates with IT & Process Owners, and Process Stakeholders to gather and analyze needs, translating these needs into requirements
  • Develop, evaluate, standardize, & maintain new & existing processes that support IT processes, and make enhancements based on findings from analysis
  • Collects and provides key maangement reporting of KPIs & metrics to subsequently measure, review & analyze the effectiveness & effciency of processes
  • Communicate, liaise & conduct organiational change management with various departments and levels in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved process changes
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of industry best practice standards.  Supports the regional and global organizations by providing information on best practice implementations

 

What you bring:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
