What you do:

  • Responsibilities include supporting the alternative investments platform with investment related activities and the implementation of new asset classes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial analysis and reporting projects which may include quarterly investment valuations, cash forecasting, and coordination of ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders
  • Challenging the status quo and improving the portfolio management process are expected.
  • Assist with investment due diligence and annual reviews
  • Work with operations/accounting/risk/legal groups with new investments, ad hoc requests and reporting needs
  • Monitor, review and analyze current portfolio holdings and key investment drivers
  • Maintain control of documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform deep dive analysis into new industry asset class and investment trends


What you bring:

  • 1-2 years’ investment experience
  • Alternative investment knowledge/working experience including LIHTC, private equity, real estate, esoteric ABS and others
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skill-set        
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Access skills including VBA.
  • Four-year degree required, progress toward CFA or advanced degree preferred
