Professional level Operations employee responsible for relationships within Operations, Allianz stakeholders and other key business partners, including internal/external Distribution partners, depending on business area. You will provide value to key business partners by serving as a business consultant assisting them in developing strong business practices to reduce their business risk and increase digital adoption. You will successfully influence business results through strong relationships, recommending/implementing process improvements and driving digital adoption. You will be accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. You will report to an Operations Manager.

 

What you do:

  • Partner with key business partners including the following (dependent on business area): FMO's, Broker Dealer, producers, registered reps, attorneys, trustees and POAs by providing education, coaching, and training. Understand internal and external business needs including industry trends. Take ownership to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Actively seek areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business. Accurately apply extensive process knowledge to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.
  • Act as a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provide guidance and support in claims processing, customer service, and problem-solving. Assist in training new hires and ensure adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Manage Complex Claims: Handle and resolve complex claims issues by investigating, evaluating, and determining appropriate action for claims submitted. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities, including relevant documentation, correspondence, and investigation findings. Generate reports and provide analysis as required.
  • Continuous lmprovement: ldentify process inefficiencies and recommends improvements to enhance claims seryices, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Participate in and contribute to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

 

What you bring:

  • 4+  years experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in various customer service focused areas
  • Four-year degree required: General Education or equivalent experience
