What you do:

 

The Account Manager works on the AZ Tech IT services suite, shaping and steering the relationship management with Allianz Technology’s customers. He/She will have a set of Operating Entities (OEs) as responsibility and work under the direction of the NA Head of Account Management and/or NA Heads of IT.

 

A successful candidate will have background in:

 

  • Steer the relationship management with the OE
  • Facilitate, contribute to regular Account Management meeting(s) with OEs key stakeholders
  • Responsible for yearly revenue, planning and demand (request) management processes
  • Drive and manage regular service performance and finance meetings for OEs in scope
  • Drive business development according to the Allianz Group strategy, coordinating all sales and demand (request) activities
  • Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and rollouts in close collaboration with OEs in scope, IT functions and CTOs
  • Manage the commercial and contractual relationship of standard and non-standard IT services, collaborating closely with IT Product/Service Owners and Customer Contract Management (CCM)
  • Drive standardization and best practice sharing of account management processes in partnership with Allianz Technology globally, including Finance, IT Product/Service Owners, CCM
  • Maintain an overview of IT Services deliver to OEs in scope of responsibility, including order agreements (OAs) and invoices, ensuring all IT services have signed OAs in place and initiating any price changes and renewals
  • Support collection of outstanding payments and monthly reconciliation
  • Conducts NPS leadership interviews together with IT Service leads, establishes follow-up by definition of suitable measures and actions

 

 What you bring:

 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relationship management experience
  • Specific Allianz OE experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and client delivery
  • Persuasive, disciplined, and independent thinker with proven ability to establish credibility
  • Entrepreneurial desire to drive an organization to greater levels of success
  • Ability to navigate in fluid, fast-paced environments
  • Highly developed organizational planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, and management skills
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills, with the ability to express ideas and messages clearly
  • Process-centric with ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
