What you do:

 

The Account Manager establishes, shapes and maintains effective day-to-day relationships with Allianz Technology customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. He / she serves as the primary interface to the clients and handles IT and non-IT services in scope, also on a cross-customer or cross-functional perspective.

 

A successful candidate will have background in:

 

  • Manages, shapes and maintains the relationship to customers (account) as central point of contact, including pre and post-sales support and is responsible for the demand management of AZ Technology products, services or project packages.
  • Supports and prioritizes the Allianz Technology service deployment agenda and handles the interface from OE customer requirements to Allianz Technology projects or services including quotes and offers
  • Drives the translation of customer requirements into actions for the delivery of products and continuously aligns the financial account plan, also ensures revision and tracking of the account plan
  • Facilitates issue resolution in projects & services and coordinates internal resources
  • Supports the overall invoicing, cash and contractual topics, owns the customers' profit and loss statement and drives the monitoring of quantitative and qualitative delivery targets in terms of progress, time and quality

 

 What you bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, IT or experience
  • Relevant work experience in key account management, sales or other client-facing disciplines
  • Strong understanding of insurance/financial industry operations and related IT activities
  • Work experience in an international working environment desirable
  • Knowledge of the existing process landscape, standards and organization as well as solid understanding of products and services
  • Engaging in customer relationship, deep understanding of OE strategy and challenges and providing customer insights
  • Applying moderation and presentation techniques to various levels
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiation and conflict resolution. Capability to work successfully under pressure.
