We are currently hiring a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join our successful team. You should have at least 5-7 years’ experience of sales support experience and a proven track record of building and developing new relationships in the institutional segment.

The candidate must have a strong commercial mindset as well as the drive and willingness to success. There will also be a requirement to travel frequently within the Country to meet and develop new business prospects. 

 

Key responsibilities:      

  • The candidate must be dedicated to internal and external client needs and deliver on commitments in a timeous manner
  • Support in developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities
  • The candidate will also assist with positioning our solutions to the broader Institutional community by aligning with and reinforcing the Allianz Global Investor’s brand identity in all activities
  • Ensure good communication of the Company’s offering and value proposition by active participation in industry events, and involvement in the preparation and generation of ideas.

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Good technical and analytical skills to support client requests and support information requests
  • Provide support in the preparation of complex pitch material and RFPs - sometime with very strict deadlines and sometimes in the local language
  • Good communication skills and the candidate must be fluent in English and Italian
  • Project management skills would be a plus, as our activities also encompass the co-ordination of cross-border activities
  • Management of activities for extended sets of accounts
  • The candidate should enjoy building positive working relationships and do so with energy and passion.
