KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
•    Contribute to the rollout of data-based projects across different teams and regions, managing the extraction, quality checks and transformation (ETL) of customers' data and load them into the data analytics platform (process mining platform)
•    Facilitate client workshops and meetings to understand client’s business processes, system data, and key process metrics
•    Design process and customer-specific dashboard, analyze and reports
•    Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards, analyzing and interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations
•    Provide demonstrations & articulate the meaning of Data Analytics, Task Mining and Process Modeling using data-driven, automated, visual tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, ABBYY Timeline, etc.)
•    Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
•    Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

•    Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, or other related fields
•    Experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer or Data Analyst (e.g. 4-7 years)
•    Knowledge in one or more domain like Insurance/Claims, Finance, Procurement, IT Management
•    Insurance business experience and understanding of insurance performance steering would be a plus
•    Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
•    Proven experience in IT system building programs in international environments, with specific expertise in the definition of process solutions and requirements preparation, would be appreciated
•    Hands-on experience with one or more Data Analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc) and Process Mining tools (Celonis, myInvenio, UiPath Process Mining, QPR etc.) is required
•    Celonis Analyst and Data Engineer Certification would be appreciated
•    Skills in data manipulation and/or scripting to pull together data from various sources (SQL)
•    Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
•    International work or study experience would be a plus
