JUNIOR LEARNING SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the team to define and develop targeted learning solutions

Utilise contemporary learning principles and techniques to develop and deliver learning and capability solutions

Deliver a broad range of programs from onboarding to upskilling and career development programs, using many delivery modes and channels, with a strong emphasis on self-service learning.

Think about an inclusive environment and collaborate to implement a program to drive this strategic pillar

Drive a continuous improvement approach to the learner capability and experience to ensure effective embedding of learning and capability through evaluation of success metrics

Partner with external vendors and experts to enhance the breadth and depth of our learning offering

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Master’s degree in HR, Work Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field

Additional Certification and related degrees would be an advantage

Solid understanding of Learning & Development, adult learning principles

Some experience in insurance or financial services industries would be an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret complex information, extract meaningful insights, provide effective options, and influence decision making

Results driven team player

Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
