The candidate would be required to provide support to the data analytics
and modeling team. The main activities will cover different aspects of the value chain, such as data collection and exploration and development of predictive/descriptive models.



  • Data collection and preparation for further analysis and modeling
  • Development and update of predictive and descriptive models using machine learning algorithms
  • Assessment on a regular basis of the quality and correctness of the models
  • Data exploration to improve model predictiveness
  • Development of reports based on updated predicted KPI's
  • Continuous alignment with Group best practices and technical documentation update
  • Interaction with other business functions


  • Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Physics
  • Proficient in Python and SQL
  • Good knowledge of the main machine learning algorithms and their implementation in python libraries
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholders
  • Curious about new approaches and committed to continually increase technical knowledge
  • Proactive approach
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Italian and English




  • 2/5 years of experience  in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with
    focus on Motor Pricing
  • Good knowledge of the spark framework
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Basic knowledge of unix-like os and the main shell commands
  • Good knowledge of relational databases
