CORPORATE AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
As part of the Corporate Affairs Unit, based in Milan, the successful candidate, in cooperation with the team, will:
- manage the organisation of Shareholders' Meetings, Boards of Directors, Supervisory Boards, and Committees and draft minutes
- provide advice regarding Corporate Affairs matters
- provide support in fulfilments required by civil and regulatory legislation applicable to the Insurance sector
KEY REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
- Master’s Degree in Law, Legal professional qualification would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Affairs function
- Knowledge of Insurance business
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and constructively with all levels, including senior management and directors
- Flexibility and proactivity
- Team spirit, self-motivation and a proactive and committed working style
- Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines
