JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

For documenting all aspects of the audit cycle, the Allianz Global Audit Community uses a centralized, web-based audit workflow tool called “TeamMate+”. We are looking for a Business Analyst to support Group Audit in globally accelerating TeamMate+ to tap its full potential.


Your primary role will be to actively maintain and improve Teammate+ in order to support audit activities performed by local Internal Audit teams across the globe. You will be actively contributing to our global TeamMate+ Accelerator initiative, which is designed to facilitate efficient auditing and automated real-time creation of impactful audit insights and reporting on all levels of the function. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support day-to-day activities with a focus on accelerating the use of TeamMate+ within the Global Internal Audit Community, e.g. through
    • driving data quality of system input via continuous reviews and guidance;
    • actively supporting the improvement of audit process and reporting steps by innovation and out-of-the-box ideas;
    • testing of new releases and evaluation of new functionalities, incl. global roll-out management;
    • implementing global methodology/process changes within TeamMate+ (e.g. update of global Master Audit Universe);
    • maintaining and promoting the TeamMate+ intranet presence (on “Connect”);
    • supporting further development, roll-out and maintenance of reporting capabilities of TeamMate+ (e.g. automated report generation directly out of system, semi-automated management reporting via excel/OData interface);
    •  supporting TeamMate+ related projects as required.
  • Independently maintain TeamMate+, including
    • smooth running of “business as usual” operations for TeamMate+;
    • monitoring of group mailbox for incoming service requests and inquiries;
    • basic technical support for users;
    • user administration;
    • updating and maintaining “TeamStore”, the built-in repository for audit work programs;
    • maintaining and further populating AppNavi, our built-in digital training tool for TeamMate+
  • Arrange and provide support for TeamMate+ workshops and TeamMate+ Champions community meetings.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

  • Master’s Degree in business administration, information technology, management information systems or comparable
  • Affinity for technical work and tool support
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel advanced programming skills)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp topics easily and quickly
  • Self-driven, proactive personality and enthusiasm about developing/implementing new ideas, while having a realistic/practical outlook 
  • Reliable, accurate and precise way of working
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills 
  • Team player with the ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
  • Experience in the field of Internal Auditing, data analytics as well as with visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus
  • Fluent command of English (written and spoken)
