Claims Service Consultant – Motor Warranty | Flexible Locations

We are currently seeking a Claims Service Consultant to join our Motor Warranty team on a full-time basis.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing warranty claims and tyre and rim claims via online or phone system.
  • Making Liability decisions relating to both warranty and tyre and rim claims.
  • Reviewing Claim costs and managing appropriately.
  • Reviewing and processing invoices for both customer and supplier payments.
  • Managing and negotiating a portfolio of claims to a complex level from validation to finalisation within authority levels and ensuring that Client /repairer is kept always informed of progress throughout the duration of the claim
  • Ensuring Adherence to company standards to minimise leakage and increased cost of claims

 

Important to your success:

  • Fully qualified and experienced motor mechanic with a high-level understanding of the motor vehicle industry/products combined with extensive technical and mechanical understanding of a motor Vehicle
  • Experience in a claims or support role or in a working in an automotive dealership or manufacture service organization providing technical support to agents and internal sales staff
  • Outstanding customer service ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound time management skills
  • High attention to detail‎
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment ‎
