Responsible for managing team to provides strong supports to Bank of Ayudya (BAY) (e.g. welcomes call, renewal alert call, ask for customer consent, sales coordination, sales closing, application processing and management, premium collecting, customer services), tracking and monitoring sales performance, and making the internal reports to alert concerned parties so as to drive and increase sales performance. 
This position has to manage team in order to delvier the good service to Bank of Ayudya (BAY), and provide the sales-related reports to BAY, according to business requirements, with accuracy and in timely manner.

 

1. Handle outbound call after get information from bank partners (BAY, or etc.) to get customer information.
2. Monitor and control premium collection via EDC (credit card payments) and coordinate with other relevant agencies. 
3. Communicating effectively both internally and externally in a professional and friendly manner                                                                                                        
4. Coordinate with customers to follow up the additional cancellation letters and change request documents required. 
5. Consolidate and provide the summary report of cancellation and change request.                                                                                                        
6. Monitor and control all operational and sales support works in coordination with BAY, the partner.                                                                                                        
7. Provide the support according to business requirement.                                                                                                        
8. Provide support according to new business and renewal requirement.                                                                                                        
9. Handle and respond to operational requests or complaints from OIC and bank partners                                                                                                        
10. Coordinate with filed sales operation for claims and underwriting/operations support.                                                                                                        
11. Coordinate with field sales operation and other internal parties to solve operational problems                                                                                                        
12. Track and monitor sales performance, and make use of the internal reports to alert concerned parties so as to drive and increase sales performance
13. Manage team to provide accuracy and timeliness reports for sales team and BAY.                                                                                                        
14. Manage retention call team to provide call align with Retention proposals with BAY.                                                                                                        
15. Coach team member and support staffs to ensure/improve team effectiveness and efficiency

 

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields    

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Management, Relationship Management, Sales Operations Support, or other related fields in insurance or banking business
