Reporting to the B2C Regional Head, the Digital Marketing – Website & Optimization ES&PT will be instrumental in developing and optimizing the B2C websites for ES and PT. He / she will work closely together with the B2C Country Lead for ES&PT and the other members of the ES&PT B2C team in developing and executing the B2C plan for the Spain and Portugal.

Allianz Partners has the ambition to transform from a more traditional B2C player into a digital ecosystem player. In order to do so, Allianz Partners has created an ecosystem (allyz) that will be rolled out in the different countries within Europe. The Allyz ecosystem allows Allianz Partners to join forces with different players in the Travel industry and provide value for end users during the entire Travel customer journey (from inspiration to post trip). Allyz focusses on combining the traditional strengths of Allianz Partners (Insurance and Assistance) with the offering of others relevant players in the Travel industry. Allianz Partners seeks to capitalize on the structural advantages inherent to being an ecosystem to increase customer touch points and drive customer lifetime value. The Digital Marketing  – Website & Optimization ES&PT will be instrumental in helping to grow our B2C business and support in localizing the Allyz platform in Spain and Portugal.


Key Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing  – Website & Optimization ES&PT the main missions will be the following: . 

  • Reporting to and working with the B2C regional Head and Country Lead ES&PT, translate the relevant parts of the global B2C strategy into a highly effective strategy for Spain and Portugal websites covering SEO, content, brand awareness, Social Media presence and optimization of the website performance.
  • Localize, implement and optimize the global SEO strategy for Spain and Portugal markets;
  • Localize / create valuable content and look for local content partnerships (e.g. influencers, travel blogs, etc);
  • Drive brand awareness through high quality / relevant content and improve Social Media presence to create awareness for product, services and brand;
  • Optimize the local websites (e.g. through A/B testing) to help increase conversion (subscription, product sales, etc)
  • Coordinate the activities with the other B2C team members and together work as a team to achieve all relevant KPI’s set for the Spain and Portugal markets and in specific regarding your focus areas;
  • Monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve your knowledge and performance.


To succeed in this position, we are looking for the following skills:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ experience in website and optimization;
  • Track record of managing digital marketing activities
  • Experience in working with SEO, creating and optimizing content and driving brand awareness;
  • Preferable, but not required experience in Adobe Tools such as Adobe Campaigns, AEM & Adobe Analytics
