What you do 

Allianz Partners has the ambition through Allyz's B2C platform to develop a dedicated, start-up minded ecosystem integrating insurance and non-insurance products. Implementing such digital and business transformation requires an agile and growth hacking mindset. The Partnerships and ecosystem workstream is a key strategy to accelerate membership acquisition and expand the Allyz value proposition.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Allyz global strategy by screening, hunting and managing key global partnerships opportunities to support growing Allyz membership database and B2C business;
  • Proactively contribute to the partnership integration vision from the business and customer experience perspective
  • Delivering and tracking a robust go to market plan supported by an IT and operational roadmap
  • Define relevant marketing acquisition and cross-selling approach (e.g. Bundle Offer) to generate additional value to the partners, the customers and us.
  • Prepare contract negotiations with partners and carry them out within the framework of the defined objectives and in line with Allyz strategy
  • Ensure that all stakeholders within Allianz Partners are aligned on the choice of a partner and the defined agreement;
  • Follow-up and support potential local implementations with local and global teams according to priorities defined, providing implementation guide-lines and insights for a unique and seamless integration considering relevant local players;
  • Animate and contribute to potential local planning supporting local teams to design clear User Stories, following global framework.


What you bring

  • Expert relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • 3+ years of marketing industry experience preferably in the B2C space with experience managing go to market;
  • Direct experience interfacing with partners and a proven project management track record;
  • Adept at building integrated partner marketing plans and campaigns;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to be a great listener. Strong, demonstrated, presentation skills to groups of all sizes and levels with very good relationship management.
  • Creative and out of the box thinking to propose integration opportunities based on partners and customer needs.
