KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally manage the interface between the global strategic business procurement community and the Source 2 Contract IT platform
• Business analysis of requirements and translation into an IT language
• Make recommendations for improvements of the procurement processes and lead, steer respective projects

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Higher education degree in a technical or business field or comparable discipline
• At least 3 years experience in Strategic Procurement Applications and at least 1 full implementation of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite
• Relevant work experience in a procurement or related role
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers in English both written and verbal. German language is a plus
• Possessing analytical and problem solving skills; attention to detail with an ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize a rapidly changing set of objectives
• Agile mindset, hands-on mentality, IT affinity
• Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience
• Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information
