In the Cyber Security Operation Area works as Key Contact points for the cyber defense team with possibility of out of business hour activities. Within the Cyber security operation team manage and coordinate the phases of security incident management with focus on the response activities involving the infrastructure and application teams, central structures and where necessary the development teams and third parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-    Respond to cyber security threats and incidents
-    Collects and analyzes all information/evidence, determines root cause, collaborate with central security analysts, and identify rapid system and service recovery
-    Define and maintain procedures/playbooks for detection, investigation, containment and eradication phases
-    Documents all activities, especially investigation/analysis, discovery and recovery tasks, and develops reliable timeline for each stage of the incident
-    Able to act on Security topics and Threats related both to end-user and to the infrastructure
-    Daily contact with central team – Triage and detection - in order to be aligned with the strategy, plans and the new challenges
-    Able to collaborate with Infrastructure and Application owner organizations 
-    Customer Oriented approach able to manage different topics

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

-    Able to cross correlate information from different security controls and collaborate with relevant teams and third parties to run analysis
-    Deep understanding of computer intrusion activities, incident response techniques, tools, and procedures
-    Full Knowledge of the common security threats: Phishing, smishing, credentials leakage, Hacktivism 
-    Knowledge of the NIST framework – Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover
-    Incident management with special focus on Windows, Linux and Hybrid Cloud Environments  
-    Threat management 
-    Security Analysis skills  
-    Cross cultural and cross function communication skills
-    Teamwork & Proactivity combined with Organizational skills
-    University Degree  
-    5 or more years of IT experience specifically on Cyber Security Incident Management, Security Operations
-    Knowledge of Cynet, Splunk, Service now, Linux, Windows, Cloud (Azure. GCP, AWS)
-    Fluent in Italian and English, German is a plus
-    Agile methodology is a plus
-    Able to work under pressure and in a completely remote and autonomous way
