Job role

Allianz Trade is the world’s leading provider of trade

-related credit insurance solutions and an important provider of substantial surety

and guarantee capacities to domestic and international customers.

As part of our Nordic Surety & Guarantee team, you will be based in our Copenhagen office and serve the local Danish market. We are a

small team responsible for servicing the existing customer portfolio as well as acquiring new customers. You will cooperate closely with

and be supported by our risk department and will work with other colleagues across departments and countries.

The work environment is informal. Customer focus and professionalism are key elements in supporting the growth strategy decided for the

guarantee operation within the Allianz Trade group.

 

Key responsibilities/What you do

  • Active sales to both existing and potential customers
  • Frequent contact with existing customers including close follow-up
  • Credit analysis and assessment of companies across branches and approvals
  • Preparation of reports on key clients to be presented to relevant decision making bodies
  • Documentation such as surety & guarantee contracts, security documents etc.
  • Underwriting of specific projects and surety & guarantee wording
  • Internal and external follow-up on various KPI’s and statistics
  • Participation in ad hoc projects

 

Key requirements/What you bring

You have a commercial approach and are service minded with a high sense of quality. You are trustworthy and able to

communicate with medium sized and large companies within the construction and industry sectors which are our primary targetsegments.

 

In addition to this, you have:

  • Ideally, several years of experience from a bank or other financial institution
  • Experience in relationship management and sales
  • A broad and extensive risk underwriting experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • If you have experience from working in an international environment, this will be an advantage.
