  • Preparation for regular monthly project controlling (review of timesheets, costs, forecast)
  • Support with change management process – documentation and coordination with changes
  • Support in yearly project closing and planning/ budgeting for the next year
  • Document management on Teams/ Sharepoint
  • Meeting organization, documentation (meeting minutes, task tracker)



  • University Student (m/f/d) of business/economics, computer science, technical directions or similar preferred
  • Previous experience with project/event management welcome, but no prerequisite
  • Structured and well-organized personality, with interest in Fin-Tech
  • Working hours: 15-20 per week (flexible setup)
  • Start: Immediately, at least for one year (extension welcome)
