JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
Allianz Direct is building an awesome global insurance platform, that is built and run by you.
We are not looking for code typists, but engineers, that help to make the platform better. You are going to have an impact in how and what we are building on our platform.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional squad with end to end responsibility of a vertical slice.
- You design and build high quality software, that serves the needs of our customers.
- You collaborate with stakeholders to find the best solution for our problems.
- We live Dev-Ops! You run what you build!
Qualification:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make decisions
- Passionate about technology and software engineering
- Be able to deliver solutions in a faced paced environment
- Good communication and collaborations skills.
Must have:
- Proficiency in Java 8+
- Spring Boot
- Distributed systems
- Clean code
- Git
- Automated testing
Nice to have:
- ABS (Allianz Business System)
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- Microservices architecture
- Kafka
- SQL and NoSQL
- Kubernetes
- Docker
