We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our IT & Transformation Practice Area and support us on a broad range of SAP and IT-related projects of different scope and complexity to serve our customers of the Allianz Group. Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
  • Contribute to SAP pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
  • Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management and help and coach more junior project team members
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
  • Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
  • General contribution to Allianz Consulting environment
  • Ensure adequate development of colleagues via mentoring and training, personal development and training


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track of SAP implementation project experience for more than 3 years
  • SAP customizing knowledge for SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Understanding about IT integration with SAP, especially on front-end and back-end interfaces
  • Experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

 

Desired requirements /skills /experience:

  • General overview on SAP Logistics and/or reporting (BI/BW is a plus)
  • Accounting standards knowledge (e.g. HGB)
  • IFRS9/IFRS17 experience
  • Knowledge in data handling as well as understanding of insurance performance steering
  • Insurance business experience and knowledge
  • International work experience (min. 6 months)
