Key Responsibilities

 

  • Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
  • Drive end to end the implementation of the process mining technology across various teams and regions
  • Guide Allianz Operating Entities to generate business outcomes and Return on investment by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining
  • Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each customer to understand their goals and requirements and translate them into process mining technical requirements
  • Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure project is delivered on time and meets customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Allianz Technology to guarantee that the project prioritization and defect management processes are observed and completed
  • Provide continuous support to the Allianz OEs beyond initial implementation to achieve sustainable impact
  • Extract and transform customers' data and load them into the process mining platform
  • Design process and customer-specific dashboard, analyze and reports
  • Present implementation results to (senior) level executives and other customer teams
  • Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
  • General contribution to Allianz Consulting
  • Ensure development of team members through coaching, mentoring, personal training

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

 

  • Bachelor or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT system building programs in international environments, with specific expertise in the definition of process solutions and requirements preparation
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
  • Experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath)
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
  • Experience with Oracle, RPA and SAS would earn you extra points
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
  • Facilitation, sales and conflict management skills
  • Strategic and operational management experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Project management experience
  • International work experience (min. 24 months)
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Trained in project management
  • Fluency in written and spoken German would be a plus
