Job Purpose/Role

Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in developing their local key strategic projects. We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Consultant (m/f/d) in Allianz Consulting to join us in a international environment and work with other talented people, who enjoy sharing their knowledge and experiences, having increased personal responsibilities, under a flat management hierarchy. Key Responsibilities



  • Help shape and build Customer Journeys, Signature Moments, and overall Customer Experiences Facilitate (Design Thinking) Workshops and steer idea generation.
  • Contribute to project deliverables and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
  • Provide support to existing clients while ensuring efficient key account management and help and coach other project team members
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the assigned tasks until completion
  • Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
  • Help develop our colleagues through mentoring


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience



  • 5+ years of experience in CX management, CX consulting, product management, innovation consulting, user research or as a product owner (m/f/d)
  • Solid understanding of state-of-the art User Experience
  • Experience in drafting Wireframes and Process Journey/Product/Service Visualizations
  • Degree in business management, business innovation, social economics, psychology, social fields or design related fields
  • Knowledge of market trends
  • Customer centricity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English


Desired requirements /skills /experience

  • German skills would be a plus
