Who will you be joining? 

H4 Business Transformation (BT) is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. It follows on the ambition to capture the so far unexploited opportunities of the digitally mature customer by adjusting the current business models and scaling best in class practices globally. As part of Business Transformation, the Allianz Customer Model (ACM) is of highest strategic relevance for Allianz Group. With the Allianz Customer Model, we strive for business model harmonization based on simplicity, scalability and digital solutions, which will be scaled globally via the Business Master Platform. The Business Master Platform (BMP) and its Global Assets allow to scale the benefits of ACM to OEs worldwide by embedding the harmonized, efficient processess and standardized Master Products.

Within H4 BT, the BT Performance unit steers the Business Transformation across Allianz Group based on business opportunities and business cases and consists out of 3 teams:
 - Global Program Office (GPO) & BMP Finance: Overall Coordination and transparency on BMP financials
 - Economics: Drive transformation with a clear focus on impact, leveraging KPIs and Benchmarking / Beat the Best
 - Key Account Management (KAMs): Steer OEs Transformation based on opportunities and business cases

How can you make an impact? 

• We are looking for an Intern/Working Student in the BT Performance unit to join our team with a passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international and agile environment.
• Your role will be to support above topics as well as on project/ad hoc topics.

What are you made of? 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Good financial and/or project management skills

• Good MS Office skills, esp. MS Powerpoint and MS Excel

• Ability to work with MS Team and/or Confluence is a plus

• Good communication skills in English, written and spoken

• Business experience* and knowledge in agile methodology in software development is a plus

• Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus

• Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in insurance business and transformation programs
• Passionate and self-driven; eager to learn and drive topics forward 
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
• Ideally proven ability to work in different cultures
