The Employee Master Platform project focuses on further enhancing the global Allianz HR service delivery platform. 

Our current HR service delivery platform consists of 3 areas: SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based platform, which serves as the foundation. In addition, enabling technology tools, such as an automated Document Management system have been added to the scope to achieve additional productivity gains and the desired user experience.
Additionally, our new global ‘MyHR Portal’, a Google-like search function and our new Allianz HR Chatbot CHRIS, leveraging AI, round up the portfolio.

Now, our HR Transformation journey continues and we further Enhance, Magnify and Pursue the HR service delivery platform! We further enhance the user experience, magnify digital processes and interfaces and pursue simplicity as well as excellence.

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

 

 

• Support the Design and Content Management team in finding state-of-the-art and customer centric design solutions with regards to the full Employee lifecycle
• Prepare and support international meetings, workshops & presentations
• Create and maintain global HR Process documentation in accordance with the quality and detail standards
• Manage and support the Change Control process by tracking and following up upon change requests
• Manage and support the incident process with the SAP SuccessFactors Ticketing Tool
• Track and support the project planning process, including the development status reports
• Support the Design and Content Management team with ad hoc tasks 

 

 

Qualification
(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):

 

• Strong academic track record; Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics IT or similar
• Project management skills (classical & agile) / SCRUM
• Excellent command of written and spoken German and English; other language(s) a plus
• Advanced MS Office skills (high proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint)
• Passion for Operations / IT / Digital innovation / Transformation topics
• Interest in HR Processes and HR IT Systems
• Consulting background e.g. as an intern or working student
• Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules and HR-processes a plus

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work efficient and drive high-quality results
• Proven team player with problem-solving and conceptual capabilities
• Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with management
• Experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills
• Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high quality results, even under time pressure
• Ability to connect different pieces of information to create a holistic view
