The Markets Division of Allianz Partners has the leadership over all market activities (countries and regions steering) as well as regional and local sales. With a focus on customer activation and growth, the Markets Division fosters cross-Line of Business steering of all customer-related activities.


What you do 

Within this divison, the Global Client Segments team cooperates with a number of leading global brands in the Retail, Telco and Financial Services sectors; both on and off line. This position is a terrific opportunity to drive the implementation of multi-country, multi-line business programs within a multi-national team in B2B2C insurance distribution for a market leader. You will be working at the centre of the business, close to customers and across all business functions. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the Account Management Team to project manage and onboard new business partners from acquisition through program design and implementation through to Go-Live launch.
  • Close liaison and collaboration with other departments including Legal, Operations, IT, Regulatory Compliance, Finance and Underwriting on both project and run topics
  • Liaison with Third Party vendors
  • Understanding and codifying Customer Journeys for subscription, cancellation and claims
  • Communication interface to internal/external stakeholders in a fast paced international environment to develop/ implement action plans

What you bring 

  • 3-5 years of experience in project and process management within an Insurance environment 
  • Experience in establishing efficient processes and standard operating procedures including monitoring & reporting.
  • Knowledge / experience of on line and off line sales processes and customer journeys in the Banking, Insurance, Telco and Mobile Devices/ Consumer Electronics/ Appliances sectors an advantage
  • Detailed experience of development of SMART monitoring and reporting across multiple SLAs/ KPIs
  • Proven team-player with strong interpersonal skills (communication, cultural empathy)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual capabilities - Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Customer Focused - going the extra mile to ‘get the job done’ for the business partner and customer
