JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The team “IT Security, Platforms and Governance” manages the communication to the Group IT provider, including IT provider related Change-/Problem and Incident Management and escalations. As part of this dynamic team, your key responsibilities will be to work closely with the IT security and IS functions to maintain compliance with IT Governance, Risk and Compliance requirements, rulebooks and guidelines, ensure IT Risks are identified, mitigated and managed and that the upcoming changes to governance frameworks are made transparent within IDS and rolled out in a timely and structured manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and ensure compliance with IT Governance, Risk and Compliance requirements
- Mapping of processes and roles to key controls and corporate rules
- Participate in ensuring Design & Build of IT projects, meet requirements and ensure all necessary information is documented
- Close collaboration with IT Security function to ensure any identified risks are analyzed, documented and that a mitigation plan is put in place
- Understanding and rollout of new Group and industry requirements from entities such as BaFin or DORA from the EU
- Bridging function towards ISO’s, BCM and audit officers within IDS as well as reporting and escalation to management
- Assist in building up a governance and controlling framework for all IT relevant platforms and software
- Support in IT Risk management processes and validation of implemented controls
- Management of ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) process and close collaboration with Application Owners and BCM officers
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- University degree/ Apprenticeship in (business) information technology, mathematics, economics with IT focus or comparable degree
- Advanced experience in IT governance and risk areas
- Experience with process modelling, documentation and rollout
- A broad understanding of IT components and their interactivity
- Experience in managing risk related topics and evaluating impact and urgency
- Understanding and experience in BCM and ITSCM
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent English and German essential
