The board area "Business Applications" in Allianz Technology is responsible to run, optimize, transform and innovate the Allianz Group's global target application portfolio. In our department HR Platforms (HRP) in Munich, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to support the continous development of our SuccessFactors platform. The role is part of the Global HR IT Architecture & Integration team.

Job Task/Description:

• Conducts IT market research, provide proposals and prototypes, supports and consults customers 
• Operationalizes the IT architecture 
• Establishes the SuccessFactors IT architecture framework and develops the related IT architecture roadmap while coordinating between involved experts notably in the change request process
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products and services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies within Allianz Technology
• Regulary reviews the SuccessFactors system architecture  and communicates technical debts including options for mitigation
• Technical lead for special projects such as global across module changes

Requirements:

• Qualification:
• University degree (master or equivalent work experience), preferably in technical sciences with a focus on information technology
• SuccessFactors' associate and/or professional certification is desired
• Knowledge:
• IT architecture of SuccessFactors as a product
• Expertise with IT security, data privacy and SuccessFactors related IT technologies including  topics like e.g. authentication and Integration
• Software Engineering, Application Life Cycle Management, System Integration
• Skills:
• Familiar in working with agile teams
• Continuous willingness to learn  and ability to perform in a fast moving environment
• Experience:
• 5+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactors area
• Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
• Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with diverse internal and external audiences
• Bussiness level English (written and verbal)
