We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented HR Business Manager (f/m/d). This position is based in our Munich office and is a fixed term contract for 24 months.

 

Within this exciting role you will report to the Head of HR operations, organize, support and complete a variety of duties and responsibilities within the global HR operations function. In this capacity the role covers analytical and administrative tasks including but not limited to compiling and analysing data, orchestrating multiple concurrent activities and interacting with individuals and groups within the global HR function.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR Operations on day-to-day business and provide comprehensive support to the HR operations leadership team

  • Support, coordinate and participate in small to mid-sized projects to simplify and automate HR operations processes

  • Organize and prepare relevant briefing or background materials for meetings within HR Operations and beyond

  • Develop and maintain HR Operations dashboard together with HR Operations leads globally

  • Prepare presentations and key documents for HR Operations

  • Support the Head of HR Operations to manage the flow of information and work and follow up proactively within the HR operations leadership team and other stakeholders on a timely and accurate manner

  • Organize regular HR Operations lead meetings, including coordinating agenda, drafting meeting minutes, completing logs and following up

  • Manage other administrative duties, as needed (e.g. manage team space and liaise with HR Operations colleagues to keep content up to date and relevant)

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field of study

  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role

  • Advanced experience in standard software (such as MS Office), SAP is a plus

  • Proficiency in English required, further language skills are an advantage

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information

  • Outstanding skills in organizing, prioritizing, scheduling, planning and coordinating work

  • Excellent communication skills and good process understanding

  • Great teammate and ability to work in an intercultural environment including ability to navigate in a global functional matrix organization

  • Passion for working towards improvements and change
