Job Purpose/Role:

As member of Allianz Direct's product team, you as Delivery Lead are responsible for the continuous platform roll-out to further markets or extension to further products and journeys, which require coordination of multiple product teams and business activities to be performed.

You identify the MVP scope, which is the best compromise of existing platform features and new requirements to support the business launch. 

Key responsibility of this role is to ensure a fast delivery within our fully agile product organization. 

Whenever a decision is needed, you look at data first and consider a MVP approach to validate any assumptions.

We develop a central platform for all markets and products at Allianz Direct, hence you are constantly aiming to harmonize requirements and deliver common processes.

Our Delivery Leads play the key role in connecting business, IT and customer needs to grow our business by new markets and products. 
You are an expert in agile project management, understand IT and share our mission to deliver great customer experiences at highest efficiency as a technology company with an insurance license.
 

Responsabilities:

- Support the continued platform roll-out and successful launch of new markets, products and features

- Define Critical scope (MVP), defend scope, challenge (late) requirements
- Define features that need to be done after MVP
- Create transparency across all product teams and towards stakeholders

- Enablement of local teams to effectively collaborate:

- Identify training needs (Agile ways of working | Tools: Jira, Postman  etc.), make clear where and how to collaborate (Slack)
- Identify and address dependencies across teams, risks and issues

- Actively contribute to creating a high performance and collaborative team culture

- Support teams to focus on critical topics and help to avoid redundancies
- Identify critical topics in need of attention and navigate across central and local teams to resolve underlying issues

- Support Allianz Direct in becoming the most efficient insurer with the best customer experience through digitalization

- Ensure monitoring of local performance and further data driven prioritization after GoLive
- Ensure that decisions are made based on an integrated view across multiple perspectives (PowerBI, CC, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
