We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Data Entry Specialist (f/m/d). This position will be based in our Munich office and is a fixed term contract for a duration of 2 years.

The role combines passion for technology and HR helping to build efficient and effective HR processes and practices through managing the data flow into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) which will help improve personal and organizational efficiency. The key responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. The integrity of AllianzGI is based on the data we produce which validates the importance of this position. Any information inputted by the successful candidate will then be used to run global people processes such as talent and learning.

The role will also actively contribute to global HR data quality and data flow improvements, partner engagement, change management, quality assurance and risk management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and be accountable for the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data based on input provided via ticketing solution
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Contribute to data accuracy and synchronization between global SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and local HR systems
  • Support a smooth data flow between all SuccessFactors modules rolled out via the HR Transformation project
  • Support simplification and automation efforts of HR data processing across countries
  • Fully understand EC data model and find opportunities to optimize the Employee Central solution for AllianzGI
  • Work on process improvements regarding EC data management in conjunction with SAP HCM
  • Actively engage with the different partners involved in the HR data processing and exchange such as HR Digital Solutions team and HR Generalists
  • Educate partners on simplified and automated data processing and driving the required process and behavioral changes
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect AllianzGI integrity


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Ideally have a minimum of 3 years working experience in Human Resources/ HR systems especially HCM and SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Experience in data modeling techniques
  • Good understanding of operational HR processes
  • Process management experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to time constraints
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge business practices
  • Forward-thinking and agile mentality
  • Optimally combine strong project skills with sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations
  • Track record of creating client relationships based on trust
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German language
