JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

 

As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) you are part of a diverse and highly motivated service management team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients. You play a key role in the client relationship management with Portfolio Managers, Investment Analytics and Reporting Experts of the Allianz Group, including the management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects, strategic planning and the design of new services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Specialist in Performance and related topics for our Asset Management clients
  • First point of contact for the clients: Consultant with Business Analyst know-how
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Communicate client needs and demands within IDS operating and project teams
  • Manage client service level agreements (SLA) and budgets including SLA Reviews
  • Service the client in all aspect of IDS services

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

  • University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics and/or equivalent experience in finance
  • Profound work experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with performance related topics
  • Capital markets, finance and asset management knowledge
  • Strong service attitude and customer orientation
  • Basic negotiation skills and confident manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy and an above-average willingness to perform
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
