Key responsibilities / You will get to:

 

  • Providing professional consulting service delivery for our clients within Allianz Group across the globe
  • Meet client requirements, analyze, and understand their business needs in the context of transformation, processes, technology, and innovation assignments
  • Acting as a Project Manager, Product Owner or SCRUM Master to drive the development and execution of the ITSM and ServiceNow project activities
  • Development/ improvement of ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, asset management and service request fulfillment
  • Contribute to sales pitches as well as internal consulting service development with your ideas and experience together with colleagues across practice areas


Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

 

  • An above-average degree (Master’s) in a relevant discipline such as IT Management / Computer Science / Business Administration or equivalent experience ideally with a focus on ITSM or process management
  • IT consultancy experience or  experience in Project- and Program Management methods and techniques or process development or IT implementation/ transformation (internship or employment as working student)
  • 1-3 years of experience on ServiceNow Platform and/or with ITSM processes.
  • Experience with leading the process definition, design & implementation of Configuration Management and its supporting processes on ServiceNow / other industry leading ITSM tools, preferably in a consulting role.
  • Experience using IT Project Management principles and techniques, including Agile.
  • Office 365 skills including MS Excel (perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
  • certified in or familiar with ITIL or TOGAF frameworks
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Hands-on mentality, able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Diverse background e.g. IT experience combined with business-related studies

 

Desired requirements /skills /experience

  • Insurance business experience is not required but a plus, the expectation is that missing experience will be caught up during employment
  • Conceptual and implementation experience in topics with an IT affinity
