Who will you be joining? 

You will be part of the major Allianz Group Transformation Project 'Allianz Customer Model'. This project is driving the transformation of Allianz core business through harmonization of business models and redesign of products & processes based on simplicity.

How can you make an impact? 

Key tasks of the internship can be besides others:

• Project support on the Allianz Group wide transformation

• Support in preparation of board presentations

• Support the team in data analysis

• Perform ad-hoc tasks/analysis
   

What are you made of? 

• You are currently working towards a university degree (preferably Master or PhD) in Business

• Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics and are enrolled at university for the whole period of employment

• Good database/programming skills (e.g. xls macros, VBA, access)

• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills to effectively analyze data

• Analytical thinking and numeracy

• Problem solving ability

• Communication and presentation skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Finance and insurance know-how (ideally P&C)

• Understanding insurance financial statements and their performance management including key drivers
