JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

As a Data Analyst (m/f/d) you are part of a diverse and highly motivated service management team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients, like Allianz Global Investors.

You play a key role in assuring stable asset management reporting processes, including the management of our service provider, starting service improvements and improving service performance. Your focus will be performance reporting services. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects and our strategic planning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance of IDS data warehouse processes for our asset management clients
  • Responsibility for our performance reporting solutions
  • Consulting of internal and external clients regarding data analysis and reporting
  • Steering of external service providers and monitoring of client reporting processes
  • Key contact for internal account managers
  • Optimization and documentation of processes
  • Collaborate across teams to embrace best practices in reporting and analysis
  • Participation in various projects

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, software engineering, computer science and/or equivalent experience in finance or data analytics
  • Experience in data engineering (Oracle) with an understanding of (PL/)SQL
  • First work experience in the area of data analysis
  • Experience in collaboration and steering of service providers is a plus
  • Understanding of process operations, ticketing tools and SLA-management
  • Strong service attitude and customer orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in finance and insurance
  • High degree of analytical thinking, motivation and autonomy
  • Fluent in English, German desired
