The Chief HR Officer at Allianz plays a central role in this journey. In order to achieve this, Allianz HR is currently driving a large scale transformation of its function. This position offers the chance to gain experience in a global HR department. 

A big part of the role will be given to support the team with the preparation of decision material, research tasks, and collecting information on current HR trends and topics but also event and meeting planning and organization.

 

Key responsibilities:


- Project (Office) management support (conception, planning)
- Support in the preparation of decision materials for the Chief HR Officer or other Senior Management Stakeholders at Allianz
- Research and editing tasks of current HR topics
- Organization of workshops and meetings
- Support with event organization

 

Qualification
(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):

 

- Student of Communications/Journalism, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable degree
- Strong Communication skills 
- Excellent spoken and written English, German (advantageous)
- Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly understand company standards, policies, and guidelines
