Department description / job purpose / role:


The Group Center Group Technology and Transformation (GTT) is driving the transformation of the Allianz IT operating model. The department Growth Initiatives and Quality Assurance (GIQA) provides operations and IT view to M&A initiatives, supporting Group M&A and AllianzX in due diligence analysis, and defines methodologies & standards for program and service execution.


Key responsibilities:


•    Supporting all team members of the GTT-GIQA in their tasks and projects 
•    Providing assistance with the further development, updating and maintenance of all areas related to the function GIQA
•    Supporting in the preparation of presentations for different stakeholders
•    Supporting the team in building up an active team space within the Allianz social Intranet, including sharing relevant target-group oriented information 
•    Supporting in the creation of methodologies in IT & Operations due diligence and IT quality assurance
•    Supporting in research activities 


(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):


•    Currently enrolled in a degree in business administration, Operations, or Computer Science with IT Management, or comparable studies 
•    High integrity and confidentiality 
•    Proficient in MS Office applications
•    Structured, dedicated and ability to work well under pressure 
•    Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills and a strong can-do attitude 
•    Strong communication skills and familiarity with IT or Operations management 
•    Excellent in written and spoken English; German language skills would be very beneficial 


Experience & Key skills
(relevant professional experience, years of experience, soft skills, etc.):


•    First experiences in project management or IT or Operations are a plus 
•    Prior knowledge of IT Management or insurance operations is not necessarily required but desired
