Job Purpose/Role

The objectives and activities of Group Strategy, Marketing, Distribution are directed towards shaping the Group strategy, rebalancing the portfolio and transforming Marketing and Sales to accelerate profitable growth. You will be part of the Economics Team for Marketing and Sales Transformation that drives best-in-class methods (Modelling and Testing), data-driven decision making and new ways of working in close Teamwork with the local markets.

The responsible person m/f/n develops, drives and coordinates growth initiatives in alignment and close Teamwork with global and local units. This includes the evaluation of current position, potential and development of key areas to improve. Based on the analysis the person will develop together with the market activities to drive growth in the relevant segments and channels. The initiatives are designed to equip markets with the best methods, scalable infrastructure, analysis and action plans.

 

What you do

  • Carrying out market opportunity, business cases and action plans based on data analysis and benchmarking  
  • Manage independently the development of key initiatives to accelerate profitable growth and drive/ensure systematically end-to-end deployment (e.g. modelling methods) in markets including best practice sharing
  • Translate data into insights-actions, decisions and develop processes to make them happen
  • Building the right infrastructure for scalability

 

What you bring

Education

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Marketing  
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office, excellent in PPT and Excel

 

Experience/Technical/Functional Skills:

  • >3+ years strategic and operational experience in top-tier consultancy, ideally with strong analytical and project management background in Marketing and Sales, managing multidisciplinary project teams and roll-outs, complex tasks, ambiguous processes
  • Passion for data, diverse people and transformation
  • Pro-active and independent working style by taking ownership with a can-do attitude with the ability to deliver high-quality results under time pressure
  • Sharp analytical and systematic, logical thinking; ability to frame opportunities and derive insights, actions and business cases
  • Intellectual curiosity with strong creative skills to generate ideas to solve business questions, capacity to analyze objectively and ability to find practical solutions 
  • Very strong Teamplayer with learning mindset and experienced in convincing senior executives across departments
  • High energy level and positive drive for results; see more chances than problems
