The SAP Customer Center of Expertise provides expert services and consulting on SAP architecture, SAP security and SAP engineering for different SAP based projects.

The team is also the central point of contact and communication between Allianz Group and SAP.

The operational SAP contract management is an essential part of these activities and is supplemented by the responsibility for the new SAP PCE service.

This service provides the SaaS platform for a strategic project in accounting and controlling.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Responsibility for operational contract management (e. g. contract content, restrictions), consumption controlling and optimization.
  • Operational license management for SAP contracts as well as support and coordination of license measurements and contract renegotiations
  • Provide guidance and advice to our business and service managers on contract related issues.
  • Efficient management of the deliverables and scope items listed in the contract as well as all contractual obligations including the necessary KPIs
  • Advising the project teams on the optimization of change requests within the framework of the existing contracts
  • Organization and monitoring of the financial processing, coordination of proposals, changes and new requirements for further development of the external contracts
  • Close cooperation with the purchasing department, information security and application managers
  • Main contact person for SAP with regards to the PCE contract
  • Set-up and support of provider management for the SAP PCE contract (review and optimization of the service provision with regard to quality, costs and demand (SLA))

 

Profile/Requirements:

  • Degree in an IT related study or comparable experience from professional practice.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive SAP knowledge (SAP-ERP, SAP-HR, S/4, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BW) and good IT knowledge.
  • Knowledge in operational management of cloud contracts
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Intercultural competence, especially when working with different internal and external functions and interfaces in a global environment
  • Ability to recognize complex interrelationships and find target-oriented solutions
  • Assertiveness, organizational strength and very good communication skills (appropriate to addressees) at all levels
  • Experience in agile approach and tools (e.g. Jira) is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
