Department description / job purpose / role:

 

Talent Management at Allianz SE is a part of Group Human Resources in the global headquarters of Allianz Group. We are responsible for guiding international HR strategies and supporting the talents at our headquarters and worldwide. Our team is working together to develop, coordinate, and implement strategic programs that support our top talents in their career development. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Support the team with tasks around talent management and development. Your main tasks will include, but not limited to:
- support the team with conceptualization, development, and organization of programs for our talents (Mentoring @SE, Coaching, Job Swap and Rotations Programs, Executive and Senior Executive Development Centers) 
- create, adapt, and update data bases (including the talent data analysis) and presentations (for the senior management and the Group Board of Directors);
- support the team with various operational and administrative tasks;
- keep intranet content and other online platforms up-to-date; 

 

Qualification
(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):

 

- Enrolled as a student in one of the following areas: business, economics, psychology, sociology, management or similar;
- You are at an advanced stage of your degree and have a proven track record;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is a plus;
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Previous experience in HR is a plus;

- Very good organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
- Team player with a can-do attitude, proactive and curious;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Sensitive to intercultural differences and corporate politics, well-developed social skills;
- Comprehensive practical work experience (project/HR management and in an international environment is a plus);
