JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The department Business Analysis & Design is mainly responsible for the analysis and business process design for new services and service optimization. 
You will work with our operations, development and service delivery management areas on providing our Analysis and Reporting Services to the customer. Apart from that you have the chance to strategically drive forward our services and to manage exciting projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountability for the areas business analysis, project management, service & business process design, including Supplier & Sourcing Management
  • Disciplinary responsibility for team heads, supporting and fostering performance, managing and prioritizing tasks, developing and motivating your direct reports 
  • Support identification of weaknesses in business processes and proposing of possible optimizations for efficient and scalable/standardized processes
  • Ensure the smooth translation of business requirements from different service areas into technical requirements in collaboration with architects
  • Guarantee development of solution proposals/basis for decision making according to collected requirements and in alignment with IDS business strategy
  • Manage exciting projects and be involved in strategic projects
  • Foster a culture of openness to innovation and continuous improvement

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • University degree preferably in economics, business administration, business information technology, mathematics, physics and/or an equivalent experience in finance
  • Capital market, finance and/or accounting knowledge
  • Strong experience in investment management services
  • Several years of professional experience in leadership of teams with international clients
  • Proven project management and business analysis skills 
  • IT knowhow is an advantage
  • Experienced in dealing with top management
  • Ability to change perspectives and to convincingly obtain buy-in of all stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical skills with an agile mindset
  • High solution-orientation and ability to make decisions as well as taking responsibility
  • Fluent in English and in German
