Our Newsroom team is searching for a working student or intern to support us in topic management.

 

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

 

You support the TOPICS team in their daily work, e.g.:

 

•             Preparation, analysis and coordination of topics around the Allianz Group for media communication (among others Financial Communications, ESG, P/C, L/H, Asset Management, Investments, IT and Operations)

•             Development of knowledge library and database

•             Project and event management with internal and external stakeholders

•             Communication steering using data analytics

 

This is a great starting point for you to get to know the world of the financial services industry through Allianz, the leading global insurer and one of the largest active asset managers in the world. You will work in an international surrounding and acquire valuable analytical and communication skills by working independently but also with guidance from senior spokes people.

 

Qualification
(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):

 

•             You are at an advanced stage of your degree and have a proven track record

•             Studies in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics or other business related fields

•             Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is helpful

•             Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), MS Teams/Sharepoint skills

 

Experience & Key skills
(relevant professional experience, years of experience, soft skills, etc.):

 

•             Ability to communicate in a clear, well-structured manner

•             Comprehensive practical work experience (project management and in an international surrounding is a plus)

•             Good social skills and cultural awareness

•             High degree of sensitivity and accuracy in working on key strategic issues

•             Strong analytical skills

•             Strong in team work as well as independent work
