Department description / job purpose / role:


Strategic workforce planning is a global initiative targeting a longterm resource planning with both a quantitative and qualitative focus. The team is working closely together with HR and all business areas. To reach the strategic goals and to make Allianz fit for the future, it’s important that the right number of employees with the required set of skills are available in the relevant job roles and talent segments. The SWP approach follows a structured framework, based on supply, demand and gap analysis which then lead into specific development opportunities and action. To support our high performing team we are looking for you – a highly motivated working student/intern for at least 6 months (16-20 hrs per week).


Your key responsibilities will be the following:


You work in a diversified environment with a high performing and dynamic team. Depending on the assigned projects and ongoing tasks you will focus on the following: 

• Support the team with ongoing projects and project management work 
• Proactive contribution of your ideas
• Data deep dives in Excel and further data management systems
• Secure data consistency and transfer of data to stakeholders
• Providing support with ad-hoc reporting and requests 
• Support of change managment and communication activities


(education, trainings, certificates, special IT skills - e.g coding languages + specific software skills, language skills, etc.):


• Enrolled in the university (Economics, Statistics, Management, Administration etc.)
• Excellenct skills in German and English (verbal and written) 
• Excellent writing skills. Ability to produce high quality written and visual communications


Experience & Key skills
(relevant professional experience, years of experience, soft skills, etc.):


• Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks to work within timeframes 
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with a very good knowledge of data analysis 
• strong analytical and quantitative data analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently with a proactive mindset and very high reliability 
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Eager to work in multidisciplinary and international team with an interest to make a difference
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months part-time (16-20 hours a week)
