Your activities in this role:


  • Responsibility for the global employer branding activities/strategies of Allianz Real Estate in the area of recruiting including the maintenance of the global Allianz Real Estate career website.
  • Active management and operational implementation of the recruiting processes via SuccessFactors for all positions (Junior to Expert) for Allianz Real Estate locations in Germany in close cooperation with the respective Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner, including job-posting, coordination of interviews, etc.
  • Continuous search for target group profiles within the scope of active sourcing as well as building and maintaining a candidate and talent pool
  • Analysis of existing and potential recruiting channels and trends as well as derivation of recommendations for action for targeted recruiting and employer branding
  • Establishment and use of state-of-the-art recruiting channels as well as responsibility for social media activities in the area of employer branding
  • Planning and responsible implementation of career fairs and university cooperations as well as maintaining contact with our future employees.


To be successful in this role:


You have...


  • Successfully completed university studies (business administration with focus on marketing/branding/human resources or similar)
  • 3-4 years of experience in Recruiting & Employer Branding, preferably in a global company with a focus on Real Estate or Finance.
  • A strong track record of implementing a holistic recruiting strategy and global recruiting initiatives (e.g. proactive recruiting, internal/external talent acquisition, etc.)
  • Strong affinity for and confident use of social media platforms in relation to employer branding strategies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent command of German and English (written and verbal)
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP/HR/SuccessFactors
