We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Working Student - HR Rewards (f/m/d). This position will be based in our Munich office.



In this position, you will report directly to senior Rewards specialist and be involved in the activities for our yearly compensation review process as well as support the Rewards team on various exciting compensation-related projects throughout the year. You will be part of a spirited and dynamic global team where we value diversity and a hands-on mentality. We look forward to you applying your acquired knowledge into practice!


You can expect from us:

•            Getting to know rewards topics in the asset management industry

•            Detailed onboarding and introduction to the topics

•            Get hands on experience with our Rewards tools

•            Responsibility as of day 1 to support in daily processes and projects with real business impact


Key Responsibilites


  • Working with your manager and other team colleagues to support the annual Compensation review process
  • Develop compensation analysis and reports
  • Develop communications and presentations on rewards-related topics
  • Work on various projects within the Reward team where you will have the opportunity to take over subtasks
  • Participate in our global call related to rewards topics


Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience


  • Student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong MS office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • First practical experience e.g. via an internship
  • Ability to handle confidential data
  • High accuracy, reliability, pro-activeness and working independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment
  • Strong written and verbal command of English. German is nice to have, but not mandatory.
  • Ready to learn new things and not afraid of taking responsibility
  • Enrolled at university for the entire period of employment
  • Availability for at least 9 months or longer on up to 20hrs/week.
