Key responsibilities/What you do
Allianz Partners has set up a Medical Assistance and Health Services Operations as a dedicated structure within Group Operations. The aim of this is to strengthen the globalized vertical function in an environment where 28 entities worldwide which have medical activities. The Global Office team plays a fundamental role in driving the setup and the run of the new governance with common standards.

 

Reporting to the Medical Operations leadership in Global Office, you will drive and support the implementation of the Medical Operations strategy, in particular:

  • Assist with identifying and leading Medical Operations process and digital innovation propositions, including piloting 
  • Support transversal initiatives impacting Medical Operations (Allianz/Allianz Partner group projects, Digitalization of the Medical value chain, New products/tenders etc.)
  • Drive Global Medical Operations regionalization implementation; building of business models for potential savings initiatives
  • Lead the transofrmation of the operatoins within the medical operations
  • Tracking of planning dialogues against project KPI’s and actuals
  • Updating of financials assessment pertaining ot med ops
  • Designing overall Medical Operations Digital Customer Journey to improve quality and efficiency
  • Drive alignment of Regional Operational Heads towards a common position

 

Key requirements/What you bring

  • Prior analysis and project management work experience (6+ years) 
  • A consultancy background a great advantage
  • Previous experience operations with senior leaders or board level stakeholders 
  • Proven experience/results with digital solutions and application to operational processes 
  • Proven operational experience in driving organizational change in an international environment 
  • Proven experience leading a strategic team working on conceptual topics 
  • Pragmatic solution finder
  • Comfortable in a changing environment, where reactivity to short-notice requests are expected
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Fluency in English required, German/ French a plus
