We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Lead Organizational Resilience and HR Compliance (f/m/d). The position is based in our Munich office.

 

Within this exciting role, you will steer innovation, simplification and harmonization measures of global People Service processes and support need-based adaptation with a clear focus on employee experience. Additionally you will build Organizational Resilience and contribute to AllianzGI's HR Compliance.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Innovation, Simplification, Harmonization:

  • Manage the Global HR process framework, standards and tools as well as drive the global People Service process harmonization, simplification and automation/ digitalization

  • Advise regional/ local People Service process owners regarding global standards and regional/ local process adjustments as required

  • Liaises with regional People Service leads, Digital HR Solutions and People Insights team to drive and ensure process improvements, while considering employee user experience

 

Organizational Resilience & HR Compliance:

  • Implement and manage the AllianzGI wide Process Compliance Framework and facilitate continuous risk evaluation of HR processes together with respective process owners

  • Implement and drive the corporate rule framework (Policy, Guideline, Procedure) and facilitate regular monitoring and update

  • Guarantee adherence and steering of GDPR and other governance topics (e.g., Fit & Proper, MD Hiring), as well as maintaining compliance for global HR data, processes and systems

  • Responsible for partner alignment for HR Compliance topics with relevant parties e.g. AAM, L&C, etc.

  • Ensure harmonized and compliant Employee Handbooks and Contracts across all locations, facilitate regular monitoring and implement updates by the Country Leads and People Services Leads

  • Act as the central point of contact for HR audits and facilitate the process within HR including orchestrated preparation and assessing the implementation of potential audit findings

  • Manage employee mobility (cross-country) and ensure tax compliance execution

 

Leadership:

  • Responsible for a small team (Continuous Improvement Expert, Mobility and Tax Specialist, Data Entry Specialist)

 

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • University degree preferably in Business Economics or related field of study

  • Ideally minimum of 7+ years working experience within a comparable role

  • Ability to analyze different, complex data sources, draw conclusions and provide insights in a simple and concise manner

  • Track record in setting up or working in a shared service center organization and related requirements and challenges of harmonizing HR Operations processes and structures

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in project management considering legal and regulatory requirements as well as transformation programs

  • Ability to understand the requirements of regulators and implement those into the HR process landscape and based on the existing HR Governance and Compliance frameworks audit all HR processes and maintain compliance with external and internal controls

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a global organization, cross-functional teams and with changing contact persons

  • Ability to challenge processes, suggest improvements and innovations and implement those proactively and independently

  • Ability to motivate change and innovation by applying change management and problem-solving methods

  • Enjoy using and enhancing modern technologies such as ADONIS

  • Proficiency in English
