JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The team “IT Security, Platforms and Governance” manages the communication to the Group IT provider, including IT provider related Change-/Problem and Incident Management and escalations. As part of this dynamic team, your key responsibilities will be to manage provider driven projects and other topics covering all topics relating to Workplace and the surrounding tools and applications such as the Digital Workplace / Allianz Virtual Client and its components. In this role you have the possibility to work with state-of-the-art technologies like multifactor authentication, M365, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage provider driven Infrastructure, Platform and Workplace projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools
  • Create and maintain project definition, project charter, project plan and offer; support the creation of the statement of work
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure
  • Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction
  • Advise customers / stakeholders and actively clarify their expectations and requirements
  • Handling of provider driven changes in the area of workplace and communication towards the provider and within IDS

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • University degree/ Apprenticeship in (business) information technology, mathematics, economics with IT focus or comparable degree
  • Professional experience or knowledge in managing workplace environments
  • Good understanding of modern workplace platforms, systems and applications
  • Project management experience preferably within an IT environment
  • Excellent customer orientation as well as communication skills towards team members and internal customers
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to both technical and not technical people as well as explaining abstract concepts
  • Experience of working with IT providers is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical and target orientated working approach
  • Fluent in English,  German skills highly appreciated
