Executive / Senior Executive, Major Claims

In your new role, you will process Major/Life claims and ensure that departmental strategic initiatives are continuously met, contributing to the overall achievement of the Company’s mission and business plan. You will provide optimal service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that the moment of truth experience is realized.
You'll be responsible for:
- Process and assess Major (Death, CI, TPD, Waiver claim) end to end
- Able to identify and flag out potential suspected fraud/non-disclosure while assessing cases
- Able to complete the end to end task within the Turn Around Time given accurately
- To liaise with intermediaries in work process
- Draft and send correspondence letters independently
- Constantly look for ways to improve the current process
- To take part in UAT testing, new product set-up
- Familiarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
Important to your success:
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal
- Inquisitive and passionate in paying a genuine and just claim
- Conscientious and committed in ensuring service level is met at all times
- Graduate in bio-medical science or any science Related studies are an added advantage.
- 2 years in Life/Major claims is an added advantage
- Knowledge in medical terms/medical related studies is an added advantage
- Ability to consume medical information from the given report and to be able to make /stand by the decision made
